The number of spaces at each Tutorial will vary from approximately 1 to 5 depending on location and date.  Request your space during the Registration process. If a Tutorial reaches the maximum, an additional Tutorial will be added to that community.
For your convenience Tutorials are both "Scheduled" (see below) and "Arranged" (at companies, for individuals, for special groups or in new locations). 
A Tutorial may not run (e.g. weather or travel limitatioins) - in this case participants will attend the closest Alternate Tutorial or one of the six Guaranteed Tutorials (GT) . Please see Legal & Policy for further details.
