Conditions to register for
Bob Loree's Examination Preparation Services™, a division of 1502750 Ontario Inc.
- currently registered to write the next Engineering Professional Practice Exams
- read and accept ExPS™ legal and policy statements
- payment of ExPS™ registration fee(s)
Candidates in all provinces find many ExPS™ features useful: textbook review notes, Short Answer Questions, Definitions & Dictionaries, Multiple Choice Questions, Flash Card Review, True/False Questions, and low textbook prices with a sell back option. Please contact us for more information.
Each registered participant will receive a personal Login ID and Password following ExPS™ verification of his or her -
- identity,
- eligibility to write the PPE,
- acceptance of legal and policy statements,
- full payment.
This typically takes one to five business days.
Login and Password are for personal use only and not to be copied, shared or sold.
Registration may be cancelled with no refund and access to the ON-SITE Services denied for misuse of the materials and resources or breach of any condition(s) required to participate.
If ExPS™ cancels an ON-SITE Service a refund may be possible. All ON-SITE Services will be offered within reasonable limitations. All ON-SITE Services are not guaranteed to run unless a minimum number of participants are registered in advance. An ON-SITE Service may not be offered if a minimum attendance is not possible. Potential participants would be directed to alternate ON-SITE Services in nearby communities or one of the guaranteed ON-SITE Services. If a satisfactory alternate date and time are not possible, a full refund will be made.
If a fully paid participant wishes to cancel attendance at an ON-SITE Service and request a refund - it may be possible under some circumstances and with some limitations. By offering ON-SITE Services throughout Ontario, Exam Preparation Services™ incurs significant travel and accommodation costs, which in many cases cannot be covered if a minimum number of participants is not realized. Generally, if there is sufficient notice given and the ON-SITE Services presentation arrangements are not jeopardized, then a full refund (less credit card and administrative expenses) may be possible.
If a fully paid participant wishes to cancel ON-LINE Sevices and request a refund it may be possible if the Services have not been accessed, and in this case a full refund (less credit card and administrative expenses) will be made. ExPS™ tracks every Login to its site including IP addresses, dates, times, and resources accessed. Once you have used the services, cancellation is not possible.
All prices are assessed regularly and subject to change.
Access to ExPS™ ON-LINE and ON-SITE Services expires on the date of the candidate's scheduled PPE exam.
Exceptions to these policies will be at the sole discretion of the Officers of Bob Loree's Examination Preparation Services™, a division of 1502750 Ontario Inc.
All ExPS™ materials are for the purpose of private study and are intended to supplement and interpret other resources by demonstrating a 'how to' approach to exam preparation. ExPS™ is not a course in law or ethics content – candidates are strongly urged to acquire the required textbooks (ExPS™ sells new and used texts) and review them concurrently with the ExPS™ program.
Exam Preparation Services™ materials and resources are for individual, private study.
They are not to be given, shared, loaned, copied, reproduced or sold - in any format.
Non-personal use is prohibited.
Login IDs and Passwords are to be used only by those to whom they are assigned. Downloading identified, specified materials for personal use is permitted. Copying any materials for the use of others is prohibited. See PEO web site regarding ethics.
